We are seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to join Oriel Partners Limited, supporting two UHNW Principals across all aspects of their business and personal lives.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate complex business operations across multiple international time zones and businesses
  • Arrange travel and logistics for the principals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with third-party stakeholders and clients
  • Contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives
  • Coordinate with multiple offices and teams
  • Draft and summarize reports and documents
  • Manage household operations and domestic staff
  • Process invoices and payments

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to join our team and provide exceptional support to our UHNW Principals.

The ideal candidate will have multiple years of experience providing high-level support to a UHNW or high-profile individual, with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
