Job Title: Brand and Communications Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand and Communications Coordinator to join our team at Reed Specialist Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective brand and communications strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid media campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search engines, and display advertising.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to devise and drive channel strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Set up and manage Google and Facebook ads, ensuring optimal ROI and campaign performance.
  • Track and report on social media metrics, providing insights to inform future marketing decisions.
  • Lead and manage a small team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful campaign execution.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
