About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Development Manager to join our team at Potter & Moore. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies that drive commercial growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Strategy Development
    • Work closely with our Brand Managers to develop and implement brand strategies that align with our business objectives.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Marketing Communications
    • Develop and execute dynamic marketing communications and activities that resonate with our target audience.
    • Collaborate with our in-house creative teams and external agencies to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Product Development
    • Work closely with our Product Development team to develop and launch new products that meet our brand's standards.
    • Collaborate with our suppliers and manufacturers to ensure that our products meet all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Performance Monitoring
    • Monitor the performance of our brands and products, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve brand performance and drive commercial growth.
Requirements
  • Industry Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing or brand development role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong understanding of brand development and marketing principles.
    • Excellent communication and project management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
