About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Management Professional to join our team at Kevin Edward Consumer. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of brand strategies across our portfolio of healthcare and beauty brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of our brands and products, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Brand Execution: Develop and execute strategies to drive brand growth, including online and offline marketing initiatives.
  • Marketing Management: Manage the full marketing mix, including trade plans, above-the-line activities, and social media strategies.
  • Sales and Commercial Leadership: Present our brands to key customers, managing brand and marketing activities to drive sales growth.
  • Performance and KPI Management: Monitor and manage key performance indicators to ensure delivery of brand and business objectives.
  • Brand Development: Develop and implement strategies to improve brand competitiveness, including new product development and innovation.
  • Trend and Innovation Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and consumer insights, applying this knowledge to drive business growth.
  • Brand Planning: Develop and execute brand plans, working closely with sales teams and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of business issues and commercial acumen.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and manage teams, with a track record of success in a similar role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Industry Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in brand management, preferably in the healthcare and beauty industry.
