  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand growth and awareness.
  • Work closely with the Brand Managers and in-house creative teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor brand performance and identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Collaborate with influencers and agencies to prepare and approve briefs.
  • Analyze activity data and ROI to improve future strategy.
  • Present our brands to key customers and manage ongoing brand and marketing activities directly with them.
  • Develop a pipeline of ideas for brand development to improve market competitiveness.
  • Support Brand Managers to generate NPD internally through the business.

  • Industry experience of working with FMCG brands, preferably in the health and beauty industry.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office systems, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Full driving license and ability to commute within one hour of Peterborough Head Office.
