Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Brand Manager to join our team at The ONE Group Ltd on a maternity cover for a period of 14 months. As a key member of our brand leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and delivering our brand growth plans, driving business expansion, and developing strategic initiatives to enhance our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to drive business growth and expansion
  • Manage the brand's P&L, setting pricing, promotion, and product strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business results
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including buyers, suppliers, and partners
  • Manage and execute new product development projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform brand strategy and drive business decisions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Brand Manager or equivalent role in the food or beauty industry
  • Strong influencing and project management skills, with the ability to drive results and deliver projects to the end/store
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
