Supervisor Role at Moto

As a Supervisor at Moto, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. Your strong leadership skills and passion for delivering a memorable customer experience will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead your team to achieve and deliver excellent brand standards and customer service
  • Maximise profit by driving sales and controlling costs
  • Process stock counts and orders
  • Partner with the Store Manager to set targets for the team
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members, identifying training needs where necessary
  • Take ownership of customer feedback, responding promptly and professionally

Requirements:
  • Previous experience of leading or supervising a team is highly desirable
