Revenue Assurance Analyst Opportunity

Broster Buchanan is partnering with a leading global professional services firm to find a skilled Revenue Assurance Analyst to join their commercial finance team for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role offers a great chance of extension beyond the initial term.

The successful candidate will work closely with the firm's commercial finance team, handling large amounts of financial data related to time recording, WIP conversion, and cash collection. They will ensure corrective actions are taken where necessary, providing direct support to allocated partners in coordinating billing and credit control requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients, partners, fee earners, and assistants to manage WIP and debt.
  • Provide support in coordinating billing and credit control requirements for allocated partners.
  • Deal with client queries regarding invoiced fees, accruals, and other details.
  • Handle complex billing requirements, including multi-jurisdiction, multi-practice group, and e-Billing needs.
  • Support the development and maintenance of key stakeholder relationships and provide commercial finance insight and guidance.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, providing revenue assurance/billing/WIP analyst duties, working with large amounts of financial/billing data.
  • Experience in business partnering and providing data-driven analysis and insight in a professional services firm.
  • Comfortable working in a matrix structure and a Global Shared Services environment.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders of all levels, asking the right questions to resolve complex queries.
