Revenue Assurance Analyst Opportunity at Broster Buchanan

Broster Buchanan is partnering with a leading global professional services firm to find a Revenue Assurance Analyst for a 12-month FTC. This role will be based in London, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote, and offers a strong benefits package and a good chance of extension beyond 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage WIP and debt, liaising with clients, partners, fee earners, and assistants as needed.
  • Support allocated partners in coordinating billing and credit control requirements.
  • Deal with client queries regarding invoiced fees, accruals, and other details.
  • Handle complex billing requirements, including multi-jurisdiction, multi-practice group, e-Billing requirements, and specific client billing needs.
  • Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships, providing commercial finance insight and guidance to maximize the Practice Group's financial performance.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, providing revenue assurance/billing/WIP analyst duties, working with large amounts of financial/billing data.
  • Experience in business partnering, providing data-driven analysis and insight in a professional services firm (finance, law, media firms, etc).
  • Experience working within a matrix structure and a Global Shared Services environment.
  • Comfortable working with stakeholders of all levels, asking the right questions to resolve complex queries.
