Revenue Assurance Analyst Opportunity

Broster Buchanan is partnering with a leading global professional services firm to find a skilled Revenue Assurance Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role will be based in London, with a mix of onsite and remote work, and offers a strong benefits package and potential for extension beyond the initial term.

The successful candidate will join the commercial finance team, working with large datasets related to time recording, WIP conversion, and cash collection. They will be responsible for ensuring corrective actions are taken where necessary, liaising with clients, partners, and fee earners, and providing direct support to allocated partners in coordinating billing and credit control requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage WIP and debt, including client communication and liaison with internal stakeholders.
  • Support partners in billing and credit control, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Handle client queries regarding invoiced fees, accruals, and other details.
  • Manage complex billing requirements, including multi-jurisdiction and e-Billing needs.
  • Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships, providing commercial finance insight and guidance to maximize financial performance.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in revenue assurance, billing, or WIP analysis, working with large financial datasets.
  • Business partnering experience, with a focus on data-driven analysis and insight in a professional services firm.
  • Experience working in a matrix structure and global shared services environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to resolve complex queries.
