Job Overview:

The De-Mobilization Supervisor at Crcevans plays a vital role in overseeing the safe and efficient process of winding down a project or phase of operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate de-mobilization activities to ensure a smooth transition of resources and equipment off the site at the end of a project phase.
  • Safely transport equipment, tools, and materials from the project site to storage facilities or other designated locations.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of site materials and equipment being demobilized for proper handover or disposal.
  • Manage subcontractors involved in de-mobilization, ensuring adherence to project schedules, safety guidelines, and contractual obligations.
  • Prepare de-mobilization documentation, including inspection reports and lessons learned for future projects.
  • Monitor de-mobilization costs to ensure activities are completed within budget while identifying potential cost savings.
  • Address on-site issues or challenges related to the de-mobilization process to minimize disruption to project timelines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project de-mobilization or site closure, preferably within oil & gas.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum
