Job Summary


We are seeking a Maintenance Deck Specialist to join our team at The Chest. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the removal of the existing covering on the 1st floor service deck and ramp, back to the structural deck and recovering with a new membrane and wearing course.



About The Job

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Local Authority clients and possess the necessary skills to complete the remedial works. You will work closely with our team to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.



About The Role

  • Remediate the 1st floor service deck and ramp by removing the existing covering and recovering with a new membrane and wearing course.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure the project is completed on time and meets the required standards.
  • Work with Local Authority clients to ensure their needs are met throughout the project.
  • Maintain accurate records of progress and report any issues or concerns to the relevant stakeholders.


Requirements

  • GCP Eliminator and IKO approved installer.
  • Experience working with Local Authority clients.
  • Sufficient capacity and resources to complete the remedial works.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
