We are currently seeking a skilled Financial Reporting Accountant to join our team in Burnley. This role is pivotal in reporting across commercial, group reporting, operations and procurement with all cashflow requirements and overall compliance and controls.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the month end closure process and checklist for the EMEA region.
  • Preparing and reviewing monthly account reconciliations.
  • Developing accurate and timely 13 week rolling cashflow forecasting, identifying weekly variances across the EMEA.
  • Supporting the reporting of overseas Tax compliance/VAT.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in forecasting and consolidation work, audit, and statutory reporting. A qualified ACA/ACCA professional with 1-2 PQE experience is essential. International exposure is preferred.

In return for your expertise, you can expect a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, above average package, and opportunities for career growth with a reputable employer in the area.
