About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Accommodation Co-ordinator to join our team at Crcevans, a dynamic company operating in the UK facilities. As an Accommodation Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the EMEAA Project Delivery team with execution of all personnel logistics relating to project assignments. This includes mobilisation and demobilisation for personnel working in conjunction with HR and operations team.

You will assist with ensuring that all personnel mobilising to projects have the correct training, visas, documentation to meet the project requirements, and manage global travel arrangements and in-country personnel logistical requirements. You will also be responsible for preparing project assignment conditions, travel letters and any other travel or project information.

The ideal candidate should have experience of working in a fast-paced personnel logistics department preferably within the Energy sector, and good level of standard grades or HNC. You should be able to use own initiative and self-motivated with excellent time management, capable in working under pressure, to deadlines and operate in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple assignments simultaneously to meet deadlines.

The salary for this role is approximately £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
