Nursery Education Specialist

- Develop and deliver a rich and varied curriculum that caters to the individual needs and interests of each child.
- Provide exceptional care and support to your key children, promoting independence and encouraging their social, emotional, cognitive and physical development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a nurturing and stimulating learning environment, prioritising the well-being and development of all children.
- Conduct regular observations to identify gaps in children's development, informing targeted support and next steps.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers, sharing updates and progress in a clear and Approachable manner.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress, highlighting areas of strength and areas for development.

Your Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with supporting staff, other professionals and parents
- Excellent understanding of the EYFS framework
- Possession of Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or equivalent early years teaching qualification
- Enhanced DBS Check
