About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused colleague to join our team at Tesco. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and helping us achieve our sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride.
  • Build rapport with customers, ensuring they leave the store having experienced a great shopping trip.
  • Take the initiative and make decisions that are right for our customers.
  • Work well within a team and communicate openly with others.
Requirements:
  • A passion for delivering great service and building strong relationships with customers.
  • The ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations.
  • A positive and professional attitude, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.02, increasing to £13.15 for stores within the M25.
  • 20 days' holiday per year, rising to 22 days after 12 months, plus Bank holidays.
