As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, promotions, and services.
• Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive store environment.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
• Participate in visual merchandising, maintaining an attractive and appealing store display.
• Meet or exceed sales targets, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
