We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Room Leader to join our team at Cyclone Search Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality childcare, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for children.

- Collaborate with team members, parents, and external professionals to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to childcare.
- Maintain a clean, organized room, and ensure health and safety compliance at all times.
Requirements:
- Relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification and relevant experience in early childhood education.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written), with the ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices, with a genuine passion for working with children.
