Deputy Room Leader Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Deputy Room Leader to join our team at Kido International Nursery & Preschool Chiswick. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our children and supporting the Room Leader in achieving outstanding outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of your room alongside the Room Leader, driving learning outcomes and creating inspiring classroom experiences.
  • Lead your team to plan, organise, and execute engaging activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) standards and the Kido curriculum.
  • Support educators in observing and assessing key children, setting goals, and celebrating progress and achievements.
  • Embed the Kido values and standards through leading by example and ensuring the room remains outstanding, welcoming, and supportive in the Room Leader's absence.

Requirements
  • A relevant childcare qualification, level 2 minimum.
  • Alignment with our 3 core values: Listen, Learn, and Lead.
  • Experience as an Educator and/or Deputy Room Leader in a nursery setting.
  • The right to work in the UK.
