Deputy Room Leader Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Deputy Room Leader to join our team at Kido Bethnal Green. As a key member of our nursery team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our children and supporting the Room Leader in achieving outstanding outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Room Leader in planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs that meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to our values of Listen, Learn, and Lead.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Contribute to the assessment and recording of children's progress, ensuring that every milestone is celebrated and every achievement is recognized.
  • Support the Room Leader in managing the nursery team, ensuring that all educators are equipped to provide high-quality care and education.

  • A competitive salary range of up to £27,000 for full-time, 40 hours per week.

Requirements
  • A relevant childcare qualification, level 2 minimum.
  • Experience as an Educator and/or Deputy Room Leader in a nursery setting.
  • A commitment to our values of Listen, Learn, and Lead.
  • The right to work in the UK.
