Salary: £27,800 per annum, plus a range of fantastic benefits including enhanced maternity and paternity pay, group personal pension scheme, and life cover. Estimated Annual Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience and performance.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team in Exeter. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing sales floors, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with your team to ensure seamless customer experiences, implement promotional changes, and maintain high merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities:
