Job Title: CRM & Database Executive

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute data-driven campaigns that drive business results.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer behavior and preferences to inform CRM and database strategies.
  • Work closely with the product team to ensure seamless integration of CRM and database capabilities.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in CRM and database management, with a focus on B2C digital businesses.
  • Strong analytical and data skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working with customer audiences in a marketing cloud for segmentation and drip campaigns.
  • Basic HTML knowledge for email creation and editing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
