The Role
As a CRM & Database Executive, you will be responsible for setting up and optimizing automated journeys across the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to winback. You will also manage the relationship and ownership of Klaviyo, ensuring that all key features allowing for personalization are maximized. Additionally, you will drive customer retention strategies that improve LTV and reduce churn.
The Person
We are looking for a seasoned CRM professional with at least 4 years of experience in a D2C environment. You should have a proven track record of working in an environment with fewer resources and have the ambition to grow something embryonic. If you are a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer-centricity, we want to hear from you.
