About the Job

We are looking for a skilled Aerospace Quality Manager to join our quality team in Derby. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that manufacturing processes and quality requirements are met across our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality policies and procedures
  • Monitor and improve manufacturing processes and governance within the supply chain
  • Build effective relationships with designated suppliers
  • Respond to customer concerns and questions about products and services from Incora sub-tier suppliers
  • Lead/participate in root cause analysis, problem solving, and quality investigations
  • Apply quality tools according to industry standards
  • Manage containment actions and MRB

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or significant time-served as a Quality Engineer
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Practical experience working with aerospace standards
  • Knowledge of advanced quality tools and quality management systems
  • Aerospace or automotive expertise would be an asset
  • Prior supplier management experience would be advantageous
  • Track record of participating in Continuous Improvement activities
