Job Summary:

  • Optimize manufacturing processes to achieve high efficiency and output levels

  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive collaborative work and foster a culture of excellence
  • Ensure end-to-end production processes align with business goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in senior operations roles within manufacturing environments
  • A strong track record of delivering operational improvements, cost control, and production efficiency enhancements
  • Expertise in scaling manufacturing processes and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking
