About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our team at Bupa, a leading health insurer and provider. As a Clinical/Counselling Psychologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, effective, and safe mental health and wellbeing services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive assessment and formulation to drive evidence-based interventions for employees.
  • Contribute to health promotion activities and initiatives for the client's workforce.
  • Deliver high-quality, effective, and safe mental health and wellbeing services to employees using evidence-based practice.
  • Ensure an assessment determines the most appropriate pathway of care and support for the eligible employee.
  • Work at an individual level with differing models of service delivery, including face-to-face, telephone, or video consultation, depending on employee preference and need.

Requirements:

  • Professional doctorate qualification in Clinical Psychology as accredited by the British Psychological Society.
  • 2 years+ experience in Adult mental health services.
  • Extensive post-qualification clinical experience from a clinical psychology practice with diverse and varied clinical experience to draw upon.
  • Experience of clinical management.
  • Ability to present to groups and deliver training workshops preferred.
