Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Liaison Manager to join our team at ExamWorks UK. As a Clinical Liaison Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our highly experienced medical expert panel through recruitment, guidance, and quality controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain a high-quality expert panel to support the operation in expert selection and manage the expert panel to ensure both internal and external SLAs are met.
  • Build relationships with solicitors and medical experts to ensure the highest level of customer service is provided.
  • Liaise with the operational teams to resolve expert complaints, delays, and failure to comply with timescales.
  • Support the Director of Operations and Head of Operations in managing expert costs, waive fee requests, whilst providing clear reporting on expert performance, negotiating cost reductions where required.
