Exciting Opportunity in Healthcare
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacist to join our expanding Medicines Management Team at Central London Community Health Trust.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical pharmacy services and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance and support to healthcare professionals on medication management and optimization.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical governance policies and procedures.
- Lead and mentor team members to ensure the delivery of excellent pharmacy services.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and experiences.
Requirements:
Essential:
- Vocational Masters Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification.
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council and a valid practicing certificate.
- Clinical Pharmacy Certificate/Diploma and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
Desirable:
- Independent Prescriber qualification and experience in prescribing.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and patients.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve medication-related issues.
