About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our Medicines Management team at Central London Community Healthcare Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective management of medicines across our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and support to healthcare professionals on medicines management and governance.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of medicines management policies and procedures.
  • Lead and manage a team of pharmacists to deliver high-quality clinical pharmacy services and medicines optimisation services.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and effective medicines management.
Requirements
  • Postgraduate qualification in pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
  • Experience of working in secondary care and in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality clinical pharmacy services and medicines optimisation services.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
