Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our Medicines Management team at Central London Community Healthcare Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medicines across our services.

Main Duties
  • Provide expert advice and support to healthcare professionals on medicines management and governance.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of medicines management policies and procedures.
  • Lead and manage a team of pharmacists to deliver high-quality clinical pharmacy services and medicines optimisation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and reduce medication errors.

Person Specification

We are looking for a pharmacist with:

Postgraduate qualification in pharmacy.Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.Experience of working in a clinical pharmacy setting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
