Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our Medicines Management team at Central London Community Healthcare Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective management of medicines across our services.

Main Duties
  • Provide professional expertise, advice, and support to healthcare professionals on medicines management and governance.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of medicines management policies and procedures.
  • Lead and manage a team of pharmacists to deliver high-quality clinical pharmacy services and medicines optimisation.
  • Support the delivery of a high-quality clinical pharmacy service and medicines optimisation service to patients across our services.

Person Specification

We are looking for a pharmacist with:

Postgraduate Clinical Pharmacy Certificate qualification or equivalent.Postgraduate Clinical Pharmacy Diploma qualification or equivalent.Experience of working in secondary care and in a multidisciplinary environment.Experience of providing a Clinical Pharmacy Service with good medicines management initiatives.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
