Human Resources Advisor Professional

About the Job: We are seeking a Human Resources Advisor to join our team at Novotel London West Hotel, part of Accor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee relations cases, supporting line managers with policy applications, and providing monthly updates on procedures.
">Responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations cases from start to finish.
- Support line managers in applying policies and procedures correctly.
- Liaise with external legal support as needed.
- Provide regular updates on procedure documentation.
- Drive improvement and ensure excellent service delivery.
Requirements:
- CIPD qualification and strong knowledge of UK employment law.
- Previous experience as an HR Generalist or HR Advisor in Hospitality.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven commercial acumen through previous roles.
- CIPD qualification.
- Fluent English language skills (spoken and written).
