Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Store Manager to join our team at Greens Retail, a leading convenience store chain in Scotland. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of your store, leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to provide outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Create a positive and productive work environment that fosters collaboration and innovation
  • Build strong relationships with local communities and host events to drive foot traffic and engagement
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising
  • Recruit, train, and develop colleagues to ensure a skilled and motivated team

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and procedures
