Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and caring individual to join our team as a Retirement Community Assistant. In this role, you will assist residents with daily tasks, provide emotional support, and work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing and dressing
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Work effectively in a team environment to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a health and social care role
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
