Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at one of our care homes in Scarborough. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care and support.
You will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants, as well as supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, and care reviews. You will also have the opportunity to develop your career through ongoing training opportunities.
Salary: £24,500 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
Required Skills and Qualifications- NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
We are looking for someone who is warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to giving each resident individualised care and support. You will need to have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
