As an SEN Teacher Assistant, you will work collaboratively with the teaching staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans that cater to the diverse needs of the students.

Responsibilities:
  • Stay current on safeguarding and health and safety procedures in the school setting.
  • Work closely with the teaching staff to create tailored learning plans that address the unique needs and abilities of each learner.

The successful candidate will have a passion for working with children and adolescents with special educational needs. They will possess strong communication skills, patience, and empathy, and be able to adapt quickly to new situations.
