Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate to join our Front Office Team as a Night Front Office Graduate. This is a 12-month fixed-term position with an immediate start, offering a unique opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and adhere to The Landmark London Standard Operating Procedures in all day-to-day duties.
  • Deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and colleagues.
  • Answer all guest queries in a professional manner, providing information on facilities, services, and hotel features.
  • Acquire knowledge of hotel products and rates, making recommendations to guests to maximize revenue.
  • Understand and apply relevant policies and procedures to handle specific situations.
  • Cover the main Reception desk throughout the night and assist with the daily night audit.
Requirements
  • 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
