Join The Landmark London Team as a Night Front Office Graduate

We are currently looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our Front Office Team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. As a Night Front Office Graduate, you will be responsible for delivering memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other.

Main Duties and Expectations:
  • Maintain and adhere to The Landmark London Standard Operating Procedures in all day-to-day duties.
  • Answer all guest queries in the most professional manner.
  • Acquire knowledge to explain the hotel's products and rates on offer.
  • Understand relevant policies and procedures and how to deal with specific situations.
  • Cover the main Reception desk throughout the Night (23.00 – 0700) Assist with the daily night audit, ensure that the night reports are completed for Accounts.
