We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Night Front Office Graduate to join our Front Office Team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and colleagues.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain and adhere to The Landmark London Standard Operating Procedures in all day-to-day duties.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering guest queries in a professional manner.
  • Acquire knowledge of hotel products and rates, making recommendations to guests to generate maximum revenue.
  • Understand relevant policies and procedures, dealing with specific situations effectively.
  • Cover the main Reception desk throughout the night, assisting with the daily night audit and ensuring night reports are completed for Accounts.
