Job Title: Night Front Office Graduate

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Night Front Office Graduate to join our Front Office Team at The Landmark London Hotel. As a Night Front Office Graduate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their queries, and ensuring that their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 5-star service to our guests, responding to their queries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Acquire knowledge of our hotel's products and services, and provide recommendations to our guests to generate maximum revenue for the department.
  • Understand and adhere to our hotel's Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring that every attempt is made to deliver memorable moments to each and every guest.
  • Cover the main Reception desk throughout the night, and assist with the daily night audit, ensuring that the night reports are completed for Accounts.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
