Administrative Contract Coordinator

As a Contract Support Specialist at Dalkia UK, you will play a vital role in the effective running of our client contract. Your primary responsibilities will include carrying out all administration tasks to support this process.
The Role
- Carrying out invoicing processes in line with contractual payment terms.
- Ensuring electronic and paper records, including timesheets are completed by front-line teams.
- Working closely with Managers and Finance to support all financial processes relating to the contract and coordinating any additional costs relating to suppliers or subcontractors.
- Managing all queries from both internal and external customers through to conclusion.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong administrative skills and experience.
- Previous experience of undertaking basic financial support – invoicing/WIP/inputting timesheets and expenses.
- Basic commercial awareness – working within SLA's and KPI's.
- Microsoft Office IT Skills.
