Railway Contract Administrator and Coordinator

Job Description:
Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Railway Contract Administrator and Coordinator to join their team in Surrey. This role will involve supporting the commercial team with administrative tasks related to railway contracts, including document management, data analysis, and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have a degree or HND/HNC qualification in Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management, with experience working on NEC forms of contract in civil engineering sectors, preferably within a rail environment. A full clean UK driving licence and eligibility to live and work permanently in the UK are also required.
The responsibilities of this role include assisting with sub-contract procurement, managing existing sub-contractors, attending CVR meetings, and preparing monthly reports. The successful candidate will also be expected to work closely with operational teams to secure the best commercial result.
