Likewize is a leading provider of innovative solutions and exceptional service to our clients. We are seeking a talented and dedicated Regional Sales Coach to join our growing team.

Job Summary

As a Regional Sales Coach, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding key stakeholder relationships, embedding our products and services within our clients' business priorities, and identifying new growth opportunities to achieve desired objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute training, marketing, and incentive strategies to accelerate the sales of our products and services in collaboration with sales, marketing, and product leads.
  • Travel to large call centre and retail locations across the region to implement training and incentive plans.
  • Track and evidence commercial impact of each sales coaching event in each customer.
  • Negotiate and design KPIs with each customer.
  • Deliver performance updates against a set of KPIs to internal and external stakeholders for each client.
  • Maintain Sales Optimisation growth action plans.
  • Promote the complete Likewize capabilities across all product and service sectors, securing key stakeholder meetings to establish further growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience in creating training content and presenting to large numbers.
  • Proven experience in sales, optimisation, or enablement in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the tech protection and support industry and market.
  • Ability to use data and insights to drive sales performance and innovation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A degree in business, marketing, or relevant work experience.
