Outsourcing Senior Manager

Butler Rose is seeking an experienced Outsourcing Senior Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Outsourcing division, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality accounting and back-office services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and identify new opportunities
  • Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
  • Oversee data processing activities, including bank transactions, sales and purchase ledger items, and expense claims
  • Analyze key performance indicators and provide informed reporting to clients
  • Ensure accounting systems are up-to-date and accurate
  • Prepare statutory financial statements and audit files
  • Assist with tendering and implementation of new client engagements
  • Liaise with tax, payroll, and other departments to identify cross-selling opportunities
Requirements:
  • 4-5 years' experience in a Practice Outsourcing team or senior management accountant/business partner in industry
  • ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualification or part-qualified and QBE candidates
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience with UKGAAP and IFRS
  • Excellent IT skills, including Xero and Excel
  • Sage and CCH experience an advantage
