About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Analyst to join our team at AJ Bell Management Limited.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of our Operational Resilience objectives, working closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of operational resilience workbooks.

The role involves performing analysis on resilience documentation to identify and articulate vulnerabilities, risks, and opportunities to improve resilience, as well as participating in group scenario testing to identify vulnerabilities and opportunities to improve operational resilience.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience of working in a role which includes analysing complex data, with experience of process mapping, business continuity/resilience planning or assessment of IT/operational risk being an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Operational Resilience Manager in coordinating the delivery of the Operational Resilience Roadmap
  • Take ownership of operational resilience workbooks to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Perform analysis on resilience documentation to identify vulnerabilities, risks, and opportunities to improve resilience
  • Participate in group scenario testing to identify vulnerabilities and opportunities to improve operational resilience
  • Collate and produce accurate and relevant MI for various governance packs
  • Support the team to deliver training and awareness exercises to embed the Operational Resilience strategy within the business
