About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Resilience Specialist to join our Operational Resilience team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the resilience of our business services and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date policy, procedure, and resilience plans to ensure compliance with regulatory expectations.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of various data sets to inform business decisions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of resilience tests, including desktop exercises, data analysis, and communication testing.
  • Perform lessons learned analysis following scenario testing and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Participate in group training exercises and awareness activities to promote operational resilience within the organization.
Requirements
  • At least three years' experience in Financial Services or a related field, with a strong foundation in risk management and compliance.
  • Experience in data analysis and a genuine interest in resilience and strengthening business capabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
