Scotland Major Gifts Manager

We are seeking a Scotland Major Gifts Manager to join our Fundraising Team. This role will be responsible for leading individual fundraising in Scotland, driving forward our mission to protect and restore nature while achieving ambitious income goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead individual fundraising in Scotland and drive forward our mission
- Work closely with colleagues to develop and deliver solicitation strategies
- Organise and participate in events and meetings to build relationships with donors and prospects
- Manage a Senior Fundraising Officer and develop shared targets and work plans
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the challenges facing the natural world and be able to communicate this effectively to donors and stakeholders.
What We Offer:- A competitive salary of £42,000 - £45,000 per annum (pro rata)
- A comprehensive benefits package including pension scheme and life assurance scheme
- 27 days' annual leave (pro-rata) and flexible working arrangements
