Sub Agent - East of Scotland Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sub Agent to join our team in East of Scotland. This dynamic role involves managing day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring smooth project delivery and compliance with health and safety, quality, and environmental standards.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience working on Scottish Water projects, with a strong understanding of the water sector. You will be responsible for maintaining focus on project timelines, preparing site plans, risk assessments, and method statements, and ensuring diligent cost management.
This exciting opportunity comes with a salary range of £45,000 to £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also benefit from long-term projects offering growth and development opportunities and the chance to work with an experienced team on sustainable water and wastewater treatment solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations, ensure smooth project delivery.
- Develop and implement site plans, risk assessments, and method statements.
- Monitor costs, ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Enforce health and safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Experience in Scottish Water projects essential.
- SMSTS and First Aid certification required.
- Roads and Street Works Certificate desirable.
Requirements:
- Ability to travel and work away from home when necessary.
- Full UK driving licence required.
