Key Responsibilities:- Manage the reception area, ensuring a clean, well-stocked, and welcoming environment.
- Monitor visitor parking bays and maintain office security by ensuring visitors sign in and out.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Liaise with the Office Cleaner to ensure all is in order and all supplies are in place.
- Manage the kitchen area, ensuring everything is clean and in the right place.
- Replenish stationery and kitchen stocks as needed.
- Manage mail delivery and assist with the booking and organization of corporate and social events.
- Previous experience working as a Receptionist or in a similar Customer Service role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use office equipment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional attitude and well-presented.
