A Student Wellbeing Specialist is required by LTF Recruitment to work with a supportive Secondary School in Harrow. The successful candidate will contribute to creating a safe and positive environment, supporting the social, emotional, and behavioural needs of students.

The Role:

  • Fostering strong, supportive relationships with students to promote their wellbeing and positive behaviour.
  • Working closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to develop and implement behaviour and support plans.
  • Providing support to students during challenging situations and offering a listening ear.
  • Monitoring student progress and making recommendations for improvement.

An ideal candidate will have experience working with young people in an educational or pastoral setting and possess excellent communication skills. An estimated salary for this role is £110 per day.
